Return & Exchange Policy

  • Return Window: You may return most new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Condition: Items must have all original tags attached and be in their original packaging.

  • Final Sale: Sale items and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label at check out.

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

  • Exchanges: Want a different size or color, if in stock and available NO PROBLEM! In addition, we offer offer exchanges for a different product of your choice with in same value, or customer is to pay the difference!   • Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it. We will cover the return shipping through a defective coupon code, prepaid shipping label, send a replacement or issue a full refund.
